Susan is a great host! Wonderful establishment, highly recommend if you’re in this area, check it out. Amazing front porch and excellent breakfast and coffee in the morning. Lovely architectural features, clean rooms with comfortable shared spaces. The innkeeper, Nola, is very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. A lot of attractions nearby, especially for shopping and a lot of nice art locations. The only thing that would make this better was if I could bring my dog instead of having to leave him at a friend's for the weekend.

The innkeeper, Susan is top notch! She’s the new owner as of 2 years ago. As a frequent Airbnb, VRBO, and B&B guest, Susan is by far one of the best hosts. She made breakfast both mornings for us which were delicious and made sure we had anything/ everything we needed to have the comfiest stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was super clean. The front porch was so relaxing in the mornings and the outdoor gazebo space/bonfire space was perfect for the summer nights. Would highly recommend for all groups/ages. Thank you Susan for your amazing hospitality! We’ll be back again for sure!

Had a great experience! The owner was super friendly and accommodating. The house was clean and cute. We weren't able to show up till 10:30 at night which is way after checkout and she was happy to accept us into her home. She had breakfast hot and ready for us before setting out for a long and successful day of fishing. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be back myself. She's even getting a new pool table for me to show my son how to play pool . Thank you

The B&B is everything you want in a place to stay: comfortable, cozy, clean, and incredibly charming. The hostess, Susan, is an absolute gem. She prepared the most delicious morning meals and shared some of the house’s history. She was friendly, welcoming, and gracious while also giving us plenty of space for our party to savor our time together. I only wish I’d known earlier about this treasure! Newaygo holds a special place in the hearts of so many who love to venture outdoors in Michigan, and the B&B offers the comforts of home made extra special. I would HIGHLY recommend, and I will look for a reason to return and enjoy the accommodations.

My friend and I booked a night in the nautical room and upon showing up, we were the only guests there, so Susan upgraded us to the Lumberman's Suite free of cost!! The room was elegant and clean and we had so much fun playing pool in the billiards room. Susan was an excellent host and breakfast in the morning was delicious. Would highly recommend staying here. Hospitality was excellent compared to a hotel and room was much cleaner.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very knowledgeable, knew a lot of history about the place, was very kind and approachable. The room was very clean, smelt good, and the towels were clean and fresh. Breakfast was really good, really enjoyed the locally grown fresh fruit! Would definitely return for another stay!
